The potential abilities of synergy/teamwork.

Hello my dear reader, welcome to my blog post. This post is gonna display my view towards how teamwork would be one of the best ways to fetch you great success in any field you work.

Teamwork is one skill in demand in all industries which is the most important among all interpersonal skills.

This unique skill is the one where 65% of our people fail to give their best and focusses only on other skills like technical and non-technical skills which contribute only 35% to the success of the work they do.

Most of us are strong at our talents individually but when we try to proceed with the same work with a team we fail to incorporate our thoughts and opinions properly on the work we do and sometimes we don’t accept other’s points of view and opinions.

This is where we lack the wisdom of teamwork and finally, quarrels begin and the whole work becomes confusing like noodles.

Let us understand why teamwork is important and the involvement of team members can change the way we see things.. !!!

“ Teamwork”- An overall kit of experience and knowledge:

Teamwork skill is valued much in this technological world and it helps to contribute to our overall success in whatever job we pursue.

Let’s do some observations about how our working process varies with the work we do when we are in a team.

To start with, let us assume that you are in a crew of 5 members working for a single big project. As an individual, each of them would have some kind of knowledge and experience regarding the project they are working on.

If you work as a single person you would be able to carry only the same amount of knowledge and experience you have, while you are in the execution of that project and you will come up with a solution only with your perspective for that project.

But with a team or crew of members, as assumed earlier, each one of them will have different viewpoints and their own opinions about the solution which we usually call multiple perspective methods.

This method is nothing but viewing stuff in various angles and points by putting in different inputs to the problem, finding out various types of solutions for a single problem.

This method only works when we are in a team or a crew. This process again turns into a beautiful experience when we work on several different projects in the future and when we practice this process frequently, it builds our foundational, technical, or non-technical and other types of skills deeper which ultimately results in good outputs of our works….

“Synergy vanishes the fear of vision and pressure of hopelessnes…”

Advantages of teamwork:

1) Positive working attitude. 2) Impactful and productive thinking process. 3) Different styles of imagining. 4) Adaptability to the situation given at a particular point. 5) Capacity to reach beyond our limitations. 6) The idea is to demolish unwanted scraps and reframe the style of the required output. 7) Builds self-confidence. 8) Builds good communication skills. 9) Demand-supply way of thinking. 10) Fetches the experiences from other’s ideas, thoughts, and opinions. 11) Develops a give and take policy. 12) Gives good exposure to the execution of difficult work as a team. 13) Builds an Efficient planning process.

According to the heading of this topic,this method helps us to fetch a wholesome kit of knowledge and experience when we work with a team.

The best example of "Team work" is growing of sown seeds.

When seed( individual one) have several requirements to raise like sunlight,water, good fertile soil which are like our team members,even they are best at their own potentials,think of a situation when the sown seed lacks any one of these stuff ,do you think it would be able to raise above the land???

But the sown seed(separate individuals) with all these best factors(group members) will rise higher and higher until it becomes like a banyan tree, roots protruding long on the surface, with many kinds of experiences to survive and sustain long and fit into a happy life.

As seedlings do, consider your team members each of them as a unique diamond who helps you to show off the overall persona in all aspects to the outer world.

This teamwork skill is applied in all types of industries and fields. Finally, as mentioned earlier, it is a unique skill which we have to build to upgrade our overall personality.

This teamwork skill has many types of dimensions to explore and learn deeper to gain its benefits. Mainly this skill helps us to expand the wisdom of the work we do and diligently provide us a broadened range of thinking capacity.

In this post, I have just thrown some light upon how this unique skill has a greater impact on all our lives from the ground level as mentioned in the profound advantages of this skill.
