If you struggle with anxiety, please, please read Eckhart Tolle’s “The Power of Now.”

He teaches that thinking too much of the past brings regret. On the other hand, thinking too much of the future brings stress and anxiety. Neither is good for a healthy state of mind.

The secret is to try to live in the NOW. It is not easy, but it is powerful.

Regardless of what happened in the past or what may be happening in the future, if you are ok, right now, at this minute, live in that minute. Deal with what comes tomorrow, later.

Believe me, it works and it is possible to feel the stress lifting almost immediately, leaving us more able to cope.
