I think it is important to pay homage to that small voice within, the voice that sets us on the right path, the one that focuses on loving fulfilment. Life is not easy for any of us but if we hold some space for ourselves, for that person who whispers quietly from within, then through poetry I think we can make sense of this world and find an authentic place for ourselves within it.

Finding ourselves is like going into the dark, misty and murky depths, that are frightening and enlivening all at once. A deep green space, full of growth, but often teasingly elusive.

draped casually over my chair I reside in my misty dream world with unabashed indulgence from some point in my mind I stare through the real world window into the garden tranquil and soft in its refreshing moist green I’m searching for an obscure thing something that I cannot hold or see only feel the garden whispers of it an elusive thing inspired with small provocation at the touch of my fingertips yet not within my grasp
