Hello friends,

I’m writing to ask help from friends in other countries. Thank you for taking time to read this.

My countrymen in provincial areas are dying from drowning in the flood. If not from drowning, they are dying from getting electrocuted, getting hungry in the cold dark nights— stuck staying above their roofs.

Children are screaming rescue from their roofs so they can be found. They need aerial rescue teams.
