The Perfect Woman
The Perfect Woman Is More Than Meets The Eye, The Bedroom Or The Kitchen

Mick Jagger’s ex, now married to the billionaire media mogul Rupert Murdoch, Jerry Hall once said something along the lines of the perfect wife has to be a whore in the bedroom and a cordon bleu chef in the kitchen. This shows how little Jerry Hall knows about what a man really looks for in a woman.
What a man really wants in a woman is somebody who is a great companion when sex and food are not on the menu. Somebody who will listen attentively, somebody who is kind, considerate, caring and respectful. I personally like my partner because she is all of the above and intelligent and practical to boot.
Of course she is pretty, sexy and amazing in the kitchen. But she is amazing everywhere and she brings out the best in me. She makes me the best version of myself I have ever known, and I try to do the same for her. If you want the perfect partner, you too have to be the perfect partner, it’s a two way street.
Above all I want somebody who understands me, somebody who I can have an intelligent conversation with, somebody who I can have fun with beyond our little domestic haven. I want somebody who is a team player and, when needs be, a leader. I want somebody who is soft and tender, but also she has to be tough and strong. It’s a lot to ask for I know, but I do try to give the same as I expect. Basically I want somebody I can work and live with in peace and harmony, somebody who I feel I can give the rest of my life to with trust, honesty, sincerity and respect.
I am a lucky man I know, because I have all of the above and a lot more besides. And, as Paul Newman once famously said, “ What man wants hamburger out when he has best steak at home.” And since Paul Newman had one of the longest lasting marriages in Hollywood, amidst all of its pretty temptations and easy conquests, who’s to say he was wrong ? The man who has got the perfect woman doesn’t need to look elsewhere.
