Epic moment to remember

Last night, I broke down in tears.

I try to hold it together most of the time.

It’s okay not to be okay.

We aren’t designed to be robots. We are emotional beings.

I have less than a week to pop baby #9.

In the delivery room, I’ll be myself.

Hubby has to look after the rest of the crew.

My dad is in Somalia. My mom’s soul returned to God a decade ago at the age of 52 from cancer.

I can call out friends to watch the kids, but my OCD radar will crash with this pandemic!

Within me, the soldier Zahra said: Fighter, Warrior, wipe those tears off, God has this! We got this.

Did you forget that the one who has God’s presence in their heart is in the best of hands?

The Lord is with us! It’s Oscar night for us! In Shaa Allah (God willing), where are you going, warrior, with angels roaming in that delivery room?

It’s okay, Warrior Zahra, I got it (now I am laughing and crying tears of joy and bliss)

Ibn Abbas reported: The Prophet, peace, and blessings be upon him, said, “Allah Almighty said: O son of Adam, if you remember Me in solitude, I will remember you in solitude. If you remember Me in a gathering, I will remember you in a gathering greater than the one in which you remembered Me.”
