Books

This book changed my life, and it can do the same for you

Someone literally wants to trade in a college degree from Yale for this book

Elon Musk’s brother said that Elon read 2 books a day. It’s said that Mark Cuban reads for 3 hours a day.

You cannot become successful if you don’t read books

So I decided to read some. The first book I stumbled upon was Tim Denning’s free ebook. This ebook was supposed to give you an insight into how to become a successful influencer. It lived up to those promises perfectly.

Halfway into his ebook, he mentioned a book that had a tremendous impact on his life. What was it called?

The Law Of Success in 15 Lessons by Napoleon Hill

Napoleon Hill was born in 1883 and died in 1970. He devoted his life to studying famous individuals to find the formula to success. It took the author 20 years to assemble all the information in order to write this book.

He is also the author of Think and Grow Rich which is among the 10 best-selling self-help books of all time.

The book is around 1,100 pages long so it will take you some time to read it all. Even though you might get discouraged by the number of pages, it’s well worth it.

Here is some evidence to prove the book is fantastic:

“I hold a master’s degree from Yale, but I would willingly exchange all that this degree has brought me in return for what your course on the law of success would have brought me had I been afforded the privilege of making it a part of my training while I was studying at Yale.”

“ My wife and daughter have also read the manuscripts, and my wife has named your course ‘the master key-board of life’ because she believes that all who. understand how to apply it may play a perfect symphony in their respective callings, just as a pianist may play any tune when once the key-board of the piano and the fundamentals of music have been mastered”

Before the Law of Success was published, the manuscripts were sent to two prominent universities with the request that they be read by competent professors with the object of eliminating or correcting any statements that appeared to be unsound, from an economic viewpoint.

Not a single change was made to the course. This is a quote from one of the professors:

“It is a tragedy that every boy and girl who enters high school is not efficiently drilled in the fifteen major parts of your Reading Course on the Law of Success. It is regrettable that the great university with which I am connected, and every other university, does not include your course as a part of its curriculum.”

This book is one of the greatest studies. It took the author 20 years and analyzing 16.000 men and women in order to complete this book.

Napoleon Hill interviewed many famous and successful individuals including:

  • Henry Ford, the founder of Ford Motors, and once the richest man on the planet
  • Graham Bell, the inventor of the telephone
  • Thomas Edison, the inventor of direct current (DC)
  • Charles M. Schwab, founder of Charles Schwab bank, one of the largest international banks to date
  • Andrew Carnegie, the founder of Carnegie Steel Corp, once the largest steel manufacturer

These are the 15 chapters of the book:

  • Definite chief aim
  • Self-confidence
  • Habit of saving
  • Initiative & Leadership
  • Imagination
  • Enthusiasm
  • Self-control
  • The habit of doing more than paid for
  • Pleasing personality
  • Accurate thinking
  • Concentration
  • Profiting by failure
  • Tolerance
  • Practicing the golden rule

Because Napoleon Hill, the author of the book and many other remarkable studies is dead, you can download the book for free on the internet. Once the author of a book dies, the copyright is canceled.
