The online right is using AI to put clothes on OnlyFans creators' nude pictures without their consent, which is considered a consent violation.
Abstract
The article discusses how the online right is using AI image tools like DALL-E and Midjourney to retouch nude pictures from OnlyFans accounts by adding traditional, conservative clothing to the models. This has become prevalent and has even been covered in the news. The users on 4Chan went so far as to create their own app, ironically named DignifAI. The article argues that dressing a woman without her permission is a crime, and doctoring her pictures to digitally dress her against her will is a serious consent violation and a sign of sexual violence. The article also highlights how technology is once again being used to strip women of their dignity.

The Online Right is Using AI to Put Clothes on OnlyFans Creators’ Nude Pictures Without Their Consent
Dressing a woman without her permission or knowledge is a consent violation
Created with Midjourney
This week in misogyny, the men who can’t get laid are now weaponizing AI image tools like DALL-E and Midjourney to oppress the women that don’t want to have sex with them.
Users on 4Chan documented using AI to retouch nude pictures from OnlyFans accounts by adding traditional, conservative (patriarchal) clothing to the models. They must really have a lot of time on their hands sitting in their mom’s basement.
This has become so prevalent, it’s even been covered recently in the news. The Alt-Right users on 4Chan went so far as to create their own app, ironically named DignifAI.
Imagine seeing a beautiful woman naked and feeling compelled to put clothes on her like it’s the Middle Ages. Sounds like maybe their real problem is that they aren’t attracted to women at all, otherwise, they’d want to see women naked.
But what’s more important here is how technology is once again being used to strip women of their dignity.
Dressing a woman without her permission is a crime. Doctoring her pictures to digitally dress her against her will somehow isn’t a crime, but it’s a serious consent violation and a sign of sexual violence.
I don’t understand how leaking someone’s nudes as revenge porn is against the law, but fabricating AI images of them being dressed in conservative cosplay without consent and disseminating them on the internet isn’t.
This is digital sexual assault.
Worse yet, some of these consent violators are digitally abusing these models by having AI dress them up with attire symbolic of white supremacy, such as Nazi uniforms. I can only imagine what would happen if these images got spread around and wound up being seen by their employers.
If the images are high enough quality to fool the layperson, women everywhere would be at risk of getting doxxed and canceled for something they never did.
