The One Thing We All Have In Common

A love poem

You’re the one for whom the sun shines. Wherever you go, gardens grow. Roses, tulips, sunflowers, a color show. No shadows can exist in your presence.

In all of God’s creation, You’re the finest piece of art. You were not created from anyone, Everyone was created with a part of you.

Perfection doesn’t exist, But with you, The Most-high gave us a serious contender.

Your flaws are mere nuisances, Existing only to heighten your qualities. In your presence, assets and liabilities don’t exist. Good and bad become blurry. In your presence, only you remain.

No one should ever be revered like that. And yet, every day, you’re walking among us. Every day, someone is thinking about you. Every day, someone is happy because of you.

We all want you, And yet, We’re all too flawed to handle you correctly. All we can do is try.

For your name is love.

I’m on an infinite journey, losing and finding my way now and then. But I’ll leave my marks here, for anyone, like me, who needs a lifeline. Stay in touch with me here.
