The meaning of this phrase indicates a contemporary era of world history which signifies the remarkable reform in the global political agenda and the control of power. During the Covid-19 Pandemic, far-reaching and miscellaneous catastrophes occur globally. Several developing countries reject and objects at the world’s power venture. Due to drastic transformations, every powerful country put forward a mandate to fabricate new agendas and realities for the greater future. The revolution and evolution of government power are not straightforward for anyone to reconstruct it.

Historically, the adopted phrase is “when Natural Evolution gets stunt then Revolution takes place”.

As a result the global financial system required to change which is not easy to implement.

Many Economists estimated that the World Bank (WB), the world trade organization (WTO), and the international monetary Fund (IMF) will be going to be inoperative soon.

The developing and most powerful nations are trying to capture the whole world with one grip i.e. “money”.

In COVID-19 Pandemic situations, many countries are drowning in the burden of debt, which is now a day’s global concern issue that how these nations will cover their debts. Pakistan is the major example that took a huge amount of debt from various organizations by different means. The total debt took by Pakistan is around $256 billion which is equal to 98.2% of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of Pakistan. China-Pakistan is constructing an enormous world trade route (WTR) that would be the revolution in the trading and business industry.

It is believed that the new world order which is constructing on the base of money will be developed on Trade war (T.W). The constructing of this “new World Order” is already started and the world’s economy is rapidly changing with new technologies that we are not realizing.
