December Walks Bring Joy To My Heart.

Practicing being in the moment.

This month I did some longer recordings including this one while walking by the river in Astoria, Oregon.

A lovely, calming walk in the forest around our home. Breathing with the trees. Finding lovely mushrooms.

There is a little fun walk with Tappancs my beautiful Italian Sheepdog. Tappancs is getting older and I am grateful for every moment I get to spend with her.
