The Nature Walk For Bounce and Energy

My 20 minutes of power time

Author’s own picture at the nature walk

My power time is my nature walk, For it makes me laugh a lot, It gives me the happiness I want, It fills me with the energy I need.

Power time is important, I switch off from the world. Underneath the blue skies, with trees as my friends,

I enjoy my power time, Watching the birds fly high, It gives me energy, I am transported somewhere new.

Like a balloon I fly, Spreading love and happiness, Floating with power and energy, Gratitude for all the blessings of the day.

Nature is my powerhouse. Spending 20 minutes with nature and I am full of energy and in gratitude that I have a wonderful day.

This is in response to Lucy The Eggcademic (she/her) to give words to your power time. I loved her effortless poetry and bouncing off like a Roomba. I declutter and spend 20 minutes with nature and then get back to my work.

The trees, birds, flowers, the blue skies, the rain, and the sunshine and the sunrise and the sunset are all my energizers in life.
