Few experiences compete with being able to move into mindful learning where self-awareness of body and mind is in sync with the nature and wisdom of woods. With much of Northern California under winter storm watch this week, it’s perhaps easy to think of combining the outdoors and mindfulness principles to learning and/or improving your skiing. If you get to the mountains, please practice physical distancing and stay safe everyone!
