Let’s hear about your incredible experiences!

If you love traveling I am 100% sure that you are also a foodie. Getting on the road and trying new cuisines is something incredible. You can’t divide the two, travel and food are the perfect combo.

Everyone knows that when you take a trip, you have to be open-minded, and here comes to what extent right? I have friends that have shared their Chinese voyages with me and I am amazed at all the crazy foods they’ve tried out. Just to be a little mysterious, I will just say that wow! What bravery!

Another friend has also shared that when he went to Germany…he wanted to try out the exotic fruit plate that that fine dinner offered. To his surprise, they were the same as the ones we have in Mexico. Well, the restaurant did say exotic but it was exotic for them, he should’ve asked what they were to not have to be surprised like that. 😅

I also have to be honest and say that in my early years, I was afraid to try something new everywhere I went. This has fortunately changed and I have been face-palming myself for what I had missed out on. It’s not too late, right?

You can try different cuisines in your own local city and maybe you’ll find something close where they offer some crazy dishes. And if you have the opportunity, where would you travel and what food would you try out?

Travel Prompt

For this week’s prompt, we are going to focus on those exotic dishes we’ve tried while traveling. Have you tried something new recently? What has been one of the craziest food you’ve tried?
