The Miss World 2024 has been crowned Miss World 2024 by the Czech Republic

In the 'Miss World 2024' competition held in India, Kristina Pizkova of the Czech Republic won the title, leaving behind the beauties of many countries. According to foreign media reports, on the night of March 9, the 71st Miss World 2024 pageant was held in Mumbai, India. India hosted the beauty pageant after a gap of 28 years. Kristina Pizkova from Czech Republic competed with 111 beauties from other countries. During the preliminary competition, the girls participated in various competitions like fitness, beauty, talent, and public speaking. Later, the top 8 girls were asked questions on various topics including topics raised at the G20 Summit. During the pageant, 23-year-old law student and model Kristina Pizkova, who won the title of Miss World, spoke on the issue of women’s health care. She stressed the importance of eradicating stereotypes and shame about menstruation and said that 'being a woman is a gift’. At the end of the pageant, the top 4 girls were selected which included Yasmina Zeitun from Lebanon, Achi Abrahams from Tobago and Lesego Chombo from Botswana and Kristina Pizkova from the Czech Republic. Czech Republic’s Kristina Pizkova defeated all three girls to claim the title while the runner-up was Lebanon’s Yasmina Zaitun. Kristina Pizkova is the second Miss World from the Czech Republic after Tatana Kucharova who won the pageant in 2006.
