The Messenger of Spring
Echoing the celestial romance of nature

Spring arrived far and wide Spreading its fragrant-presence Adhering to the flawless laws of the climate Not knowing which month is now
Across the road, a crazy crowd Protesting against the climate change Drumming horrid slogans but mute to own faults April is unusually cold, March was hot
I enter the balcony to ear-shooting ugly noise Wow, I’m caged in the lovely sight instead A tiny bird, majestically swinging On the top of a tenderly shoot
Yes, I look around, spring is here Blossoming flora is everywhere Birds are on a special mission echoing The celestial romancing of nature
I’m silent, Am I in an optical illusion? No, it’s reality, a tiny beautiful bird With a petite heart singing melodiously Entrances me in the surrounding splendour
I sit with a pen recapping the spring-call I am dwarf, can’t even compose your royal lyrics Oh little one, can’t transcribe your sinuous melody For you’re loyal to the divine nature, humans aren't
Look across the human struggle, oh little one! Our futile fight to overpower the mighty nature Challenging our superiority over her majesty We’re whirling in doomsday, in our destruction
Let humans have a bit of your wisdom, Oh tiny one? We’ll adopt the impeccable nature’s laws March ahead living in harmony with everyone Above all, with you and benevolent nature
Oh! Lovely bird, I’m indebted to you Thou made my day amazing I owe my humble thoughts for thy visit Come again, I wait for thee.
