The Melody of My Sea

Calls Me Home Where I Belong

Ringed smoke did dance,

Swirling in mid-air

Translucent with love

yet filled with despair.

Gasping for breath

My mind carried me.

Transported by rings,

Enchanted by the sea.

The proud lighthouse

Beaming head held high.

Loves and Protects me

I know not why.

The unyielding soil

claws at my pained heart.

There’s only one home

With which I cannot part.

The music of the sea

Sings its melodic song.

With hoisted sail, I’m off

Soon home where I belong.
