I really want your opinion.🥜 Maybe I’m nuts.

There have been so many changes this year. First, we get a raise, and then the pay for writers is slashed because of fraud. I have no idea what’s happening with boosts.

So many changes and now the Stats page? 📊Sacred ground baby. 🖐👩‍🦰 Feel free to say I’m full of it.

🖱️I love clicking the stats page. 🖱️I used to click it NONSTOP 🖱️🖱️🖱️🖱️🖱️ like insane.🖱️🖱️🖱️ I now only click it a couple of times a day.

Suddenly there is a new membership! — I have not bought mine yet. 💰I am on disability, so I’m frugal.

Medium.com’s New ‘Friends of Medium’ Membership

Medium.com has introduced a new membership tier called “Friends of Medium.” Priced at $15 per month or $150 per year, this membership level is designed for individuals who want to provide additional support to Medium and the writers they appreciate. By becoming a Friend of Medium, members contribute more to the platform, allowing for increased support to writers. The membership offers benefits such as the ability to create personal publications, and writers earn four times more when their content is read by Friends of Medium. It’s a way for users to enhance their Medium experience while also directly supporting the writers they enjoy.

I read Become a Friend of Medium. Contribute 4x more to writers.

I wanted to know more.so I hit my good buddy Google. According to Google, yes, it is true. The Friends of Medium membership level is designed to allow members to contribute four times more to writers compared to regular members. By spending time reading member-only stories, Friends of Medium generates four times more earnings for the writers they engage with. This increased contribution is a key feature of the Friends of Medium membership, offering a way for members to significantly strengthen their support for the Medium community and the writers they appreciate.

I found out how to make a vegan meatball sub!

It came out perfectly! It took a long time to make, but it was worth it 100%.

I bought all the vegan stuff when I got my pay from Medium.

It has been a cool adventure and got me thinking about food differently. Below is the way I made the meatball sub.

Everything takes me longer cuz of the stroke.

It’s ok. The more I push myself, the better I get. — Just buying a meatball sub from Subway would be way easier, but this was an adventure! — The meatballs were fabulous, if I may say so myself.

Check out how this is made in the video below.

If I can do it, so can you!

I am not going 100% vegan forever.

Exploring different options is a blast! — I did try some new stuff!

Vegan Reese’s Peanut butter cups!

and tons more of awesome choices. I just went online to Walmart.com and typed in the search bar “vegan” and tons of cool stuff popped up.

I shop at Walmart, but every store is about the same!

I just typed in vegan and up came Vegan cheese, vegan butter, vegan meat, vegan mayo, vegan food, vegan snacks, vegan sausage, and vegan chicken.

I used to think being vegan was a lifetime commitment. — It’s just plant-based food.

After rethinking it I thought to just go for a week. So far I am ticked pink!

So who is this Jan Sebastian writer chick?

I had a stroke so I am disabled and am kicking major ass.…well in some ways. I can’t walk or talk well but I’m a writing MO-FO! Kickin’ serious BUTT 100%!
