The Man Who Just Lived for A Week
This could be your life too
When I was a teenager, back in 2007, I use to have too many imaginations. One day, out of nowhere something very interesting flashed in my mind. I tried to imagine how many stages one has to go through in life when he arrives in this world until he departs.
The following seven stages were the outcome my mind produced back then :
He was born on Monday. Grown-up on Tuesday. Fall in love on Wednesday. Married on Thursday. Became a father on Friday. Got sick on Saturday. And died on Sunday.
Now I will try to explain it in some details based on days of the week before I leave the final judgment for you.
1- He Was born on Monday. This is about your birthday, the day you come to this world with your mouth wide open crying loudly, while everyone around you whether family or friends are all waiting just to hear you crying voice before, they immediately start laughing and celebrating with joy as this day marks the arrival of someone very special to them and to the world. Look at nowhere else it is you.
2- Grownup on Tuesday. This one indicates the day you mature and become responsible for your own life decisions especially after you have been guided wisely by your parents, teachers, and society at large.
Maturity can not be reached easily and it is not really based on age rather it depends on how well life teaches you about the right and the wrong things in life while obviously paying the price for it.
3- Fall in love on Wednesday If you come to this world and left without falling in love even for once, then it can be hard to say that you really lived your life to its full potential.
Love is the only word that could have thousands or even millions of meaning because throughout the ages and civilizations people loved and will continue to do so as long as this world exists and humans live upon it.
To give you the magnitude of the word love just do a quick Google search. You will notice that it’s the only word that will display to you the result of more than fourteen billion. If that doesn’t speak of its volume then I don’t know what else will.
4- Married on Thursday Marriage is the culmination of love that brings you and your soul mate under one roof so that you share the sad and happy moments of life.
Marriage is sacred in all religions and cultures around the world. It’s the foundation of the family that produces the coveted prize. A prize that cannot be bought by any price, yet it is found freely in marriage. Children.
5- Became a father on Friday The day you become a parent is the happiest day for you on this earth and one which will never leave your memory as long as you live.
Parenthood makes you realize what your parents went through, the sleepless nights they went through, and all other sacrifices they made just for you to feel happy and stay healthy at any cost while you grow and mature.
6- Got sick on Saturday Health is usually neglected when you are young and strong, but regret mostly later when you grow up, become weak and sick.
Therefore, it is highly advisable for you to look after your health at a young age so that you don’t suffer a lot when sickness visits you very often at an old age.
7- And died on Sunday Death is inevitable. Death is certain. Death marks the end of your journey in this world and it is something that’s waiting for you no matter how powerful, famous, or rich you are, you cannot prevent it from happening.
Conclusion
As you can see from above it’s very obvious we all pass through these stages of life in some way or another, whatever stage you are in right now, make sure you make the most of it. Life is too short.
