The Lemonade Stall for One and All
A refreshing drink prepared with love and positivity
It was a very warm and sunny day, There was not a cloud in sight. The land was dry and mouths were parched, Even the animals felt the heat. It was like a mirage had appeared, When a lemonade stand was spotted on the road, “All Drinks for Free!” was painted on the board.
A queue of children formed in no time, It was the longest, never-ending line. People had come from far and wide for a drink, Carrying water bottles and the kitchen sink. The Good Samaritans, were a group of students, They wanted to make a difference in a thirsty world. They prepared jugs, tumblers and buckets of lemonade, Added ice and sugar to make it the tastiest drink ever made.
This is fiction, but these things do happen in life, When ordinary people wear angel wings in life. If you see a situation that can be changed in a tiny way, Don’t wait to make a difference tomorrow, do it today. The world needs more places giving positive lemonade. Smiles, a helping hand, a good word is all free-aid.
