The Law Of Attraction And CBA
Conceive, Believe, Achieve
In the Bible, it is written that you will declare a thing and it will be established for you.
Job 22:28 states, “Thou shalt also decree a thing and it shall be established unto thee and the light shall shine upon thy ways.”
What you give you will receive. We now know that whatever you put into your mirror of life you also will get back. The mirror that you shave or fix your hair in front of has no feeling for right or wrong, good or bad. It just returns the exact image that you put into it.
If you smile, you see a smile in your mirror. If you frown, you see a wrinkled frown looking back at you. The same is true for your Mirror of Life. What you put into it you get back.
This is also the Law of Attraction. Like attracts like. Imagine going out into the world with a scowl or grimace on your face. What seems to appear from others when you do? Do you see happiness, joy, and freedom or do you see concern, avoidance, or “Let me tell you about my day!” followed by a litany of gripes, aches, and pain.
Now, imagine going out into this same world with a smile on your face. What seems to appear from others when you do? Do you see doom and gloom as a response to your smiley face?
Not hardly. I have noticed, on more than one occasion, a change from a complete stranger who seemed to be in the pits into a small smile or at least a nod.

I go into the world and Conceive the idea that this is going to be a great day. I then Believe that this can and will be true. The results are that I Achieve a day, no matter how chaotic it is, that seems at least a little brighter. More often, much brighter.

At one time, I worked for a law firm in Detroit that was on the upper floors of the Renaissance Center. To get there, we took a glass-sided elevator on the outer shell of the building that was overlooking the Detroit River and Windsor, Ontario.
In the heart of the winter, sometimes the snow and sleet would be blowing sideways in the wind as the ice floes floated down the river on their way to the Atlantic Ocean and the crowded elevator would be full of moaning, groaning young attorneys.
I would whistle, hum, or sing and invariably one would ask me how I could be so happy on such a miserable day. I would respond that I was blessed to have awakened that morning and was able to drive safely here and meet you folks.
When I would see some of them later, many had a smile or small talk and there was no mention of the weather, the thing that had them so bent out of shape earlier.
I would do this during the 99% of the time that I really felt that way and also during the 1% of the time that I didn’t. It picked me up and gave me a great start to the day and actually helped some others to have a better one.
This is what got me to finally get to Achieve being Happy, Joyful, and Free and you can be, too, if you work for it. All it costs is a smile.
Thank you, God!
