The Knowledge Engagement Program (alpha)

A new milestone of Curativity Center

Today Curativity Center and Activity Analysis Center reach a new milestone.

Curativity Center starts offers Knowledge Management solutions for business clients. It adopts the “Project Engagement” approach to develop a program called “Knowledge Engagement”. It will host the program on Milanote.

Activity Analysis Center also discovers a new opportunity for the Anticipatory Activity System (AAS) framework. Originally, I only considers the AAS framework for Life Strategy. Now, I realize that Knowledge Management Activity is a special type of Second-order Activity because Service Activity is a special type of First-order Activity.

The client is a service provider. So the solution is designed for “Service Knowledge Development”.

In order to model the “Service Knowledge Development” activity, I adopt the ECHO Way (v2.0) which is a practical framework for understanding cross-boundary innovation and boundary knowledge work. The Service Activity is a cross-boundary work.

For me, this is also a Self Knowledge Curation project. I curated several frameworks together for designing the Knowledge Engagement program.

What a wonderful day!
