Not one.

The old saying, if you can’t say something nice, don’t say anything at all, is very simple and wise.

Let’s add more.

Loving Each Other And Growing Together….

It’s simple Just be nice.

Just this picture makes sense. Think before you speak.

Listen to your tone. Record how you speak to each other.

Just to double-check.

Compliment Others.

If someone has cool shoes, say it, They will walk away feeling glad. I love dreadlocks, so if someone has dreadlocks, they will get a compliment.

It is so easy to build up others when the world is ready to break them down.

Imagine if this became contagious.

Ask others to take the challenge, and tell them to ask others.

One Week.

And, about swear words, come on… One week. All languages have so many word choices. Get creative and use alternate words.

I promise it won’t hurt a bit.

So here we go! Are you in? I am 100%.
