The *Key* Barrier That’s Preventing You From Taking Control of Your Life
You are in charge of your happiness.

I recently went on a hike and met a person who tend to have a self-destructive mindset.
Constantly judging themselves why they don’t have certain things in life as compare to others and end up feeling sad about themselves.
The truth is you never know other people hard work, stress behind their success no matter how small and big it seems to other people around you.
If I talk about myself, I am not good at sharing my struggles, fears.
So probably people around me assumes that I had it easy.
The thing is success doesn’t happen overnight.
Tbh, nothing in life.
Life is unpredictable.
You need to keep trying, doing stuff to make things happen.
And sometimes it feels like you’re not in control.
It’s easy to get caught up in the chaos and feel helpless.
But when you pay attention to the matters you can control, it makes life a lot better.
But there are things we can do to take back control and feel empowered.
Here is the key thing I learned that helped me take control of my life:
Your Mindset and Beliefs
You have full control on your thoughts and beliefs.
It’s easy to caught up with things everyone is saying and doing.
This is only possible when you ask questions and challenge your own beliefs.
Before you attract the infinite possibility of things you first need to believe in them.
When I writing online I didn’t know how long I will be doing this.
Instead of fearing from failure I started doing one day at a time.
And after 2 years I am still here and loving it more than ever.
The meaning you give to every event shapes your life.
Positive people live happier and more joyful life than people who worry, stress and have lost hope for the future.
Focusing on what other people have and you don’t, focus on what you can do today to change it.
But today, you can start changing your mindset from poverty to abundance mindset.
- Turn a rejection into a new opportunity.
- Turn a failure to experiment different stuff
- Turn a why me to Why Not.
Some easy ways that helped me upgrade my mindsets and challenge my beliefs:
1/ Set boundaries:
It’s important to set boundaries with yourself and others. Say “no” when you need to, and don’t feel guilty about it. It’s okay to prioritize your own needs and well-being.
2/ Prioritizing mental health:
Taking care of yourself is crucial for your mental and physical health. Make time for activities that make you feel good, whether it’s reading a book, taking a bubble bath, or going for a walk in nature.
3/ Letting go of perfectionism:
Striving for perfection can be exhausting and unattainable. Instead, focus on progress and growth.
Celebrate your small victories and don’t beat yourself up over mistakes.
4/ Taking action:
It’s easy to get stuck in analysis paralysis and feel overwhelmed by all the things you need to do.
Break it down into small, manageable steps and take action.
Even small progress can give you a sense of accomplishment and motivation.
5/ Surrounding yourself with positivity:
The people you surround yourself with can greatly impact your mood and outlook on life.
Surround yourself with positive, supportive people who uplift and encourage you.
Lastly,
Taking back control of your life is a journey, and it’s not always easy.
By implementing any one of these you can start to feel more empowered and in control of your life.
Remember to be patient with yourself and take it one step at a time.
I hope that gives you something to think about.

Be Courageous
Be Your Best
