They fooled so many of us. Ally Cat your story sounds very similar to mine. I also thought the name International Association of Writers and Editors was impressive and could possibly help catch the attention of employers and editors, until I came to realize it wasn’t even a real organization. It’s a genius scam, really, because that’s why they chose the name to begin with.
