THE HUMAN CONDITION
“Perhaps long ago after the world was shaped…life started with one, two, or a group of people. Personally, I can only speak on what I know and speculate on what I’ve read or heard.” -Steven Jackson
The story has been told that in the beginning there was Adam and Eve; harmony was the setting which included full bellies, butterflies, and rainbows. Then temptation was offered to Adam including information that would poison the hearts and souls of man. Thus all men were cursed to bear the duality of good and evil. Then he passed that curse onto his woman.
Men have the attributes to obtain things that may seem out of reach. Men also have the urge to conquer and pass their essence across history. The question is, did the honorable forefathers before us get hoodwinked into giving away all of their accolades or positions? When someone is devious they make false promises and betray those that have trust in them. So now a great percentage of the ones that rule and pass legislation have questionable character.
Then there is the battle of the races, sexes, and factions which is ridiculous. Humankind has had a tendency to use jealousy as a justification to target culture or backgrounds with negative intent. There is good and evil within every race. To hate someone based on their skin tone is foolish; human beings breathe the same air, have the same organs, and feel the same pain or happiness.
To have the urge to contest against your opposite sex hurts humanity beyond measure. We need to stop trying to measure or match our opposite sex. We have enough troubles in this world than to be concerned with fighting with our opposite sex. Our main focus should consist of becoming the best man or woman you can be.
Men have naturally been designed to bear the weight of hard physical labor to make sure there’s structure for those around him. He is to also perform logically and calmly while leading others to withstand upcoming conditions that nature brings; to protect and provide fortitude in the most stressful times.
Men have to get back to leading the proper way or the result could be losing the confidence of women.
Women have naturally been designed to nurture and uplift those around them. She gives compassion, mercy, and wisdom when brute force is not the best approach. Women are to remind men that things must be treated with careful consideration. The presence of women reminds men of the importance of life; the process of bringing new children into the world is long and painful but the result is true beauty.
Women have to get back to being a supportive figure; a woman can also lead but it’s best to do it without stepping on the toes of men or risk losing the trust of men.
There are jobs that men predominantly do that most women prefer not to do. There are jobs that women predominantly do that most men prefer not to do. Look at sanitation, there’s a lot of people that frown upon a garbage-man as if they hold little worth. However, while they remove your trash with diesel trucks, we must consider what would happen if they weren’t there to provide that service. Then there’s the plumber that goes under the house and tramples through feces to fix whatever problems exist. We need to appreciate our opposite sex more instead of undermining or attacking them with persecution.
A wide range of men in politics have forgotten what it means to cherish LIVES when women risk their own lives and mental stability to usher in new lives. A wide range of women in politics have forgotten what it means to acknowledge the men who sacrifice their lives and endure gruesome or grotesque circumstances so that their families are protected.
Humans subjugate, fight, and kill over feelings or perspectives. Hatred based on what type of hair-dress you have, religious background, the neighborhood you are from, or the resources you possess is absurd. We fear what we do not understand which could easily be perceived as childish. The world is run by bullies and until people say NO, slavery and endless slaughtering will continue. The truth is the civilian population holds the power, it’s just that we have relied on the system for water and resources for so long, we’re afraid to truly seek out our freedoms. We have become comfortable and complacent. Will that change though, now that things continue to escalate?
People argue that showcasing violence and riots to get a point across is wrong. Then again, slavery as we knew it (chains, whips, people being contained in cells full of feces, and infants being fed to alligators…I know that’s tough to read but it’s all true) was ended with the Civil War! The Civil War consisted of The United States Of America versus The Confederate States Of America; the continental army versus the confederate army. The war was primarily about ending the enslavement of black people. Unfortunately, evil will not be vanquished with wishful thinking and passive ideas. Many evil entities will distribute harsh resistance, even if you try to approach them peacefully. When people are constantly beaten down, robbed of their hard work, and backed into a corner, someone will eventually lash out. Thus war and conflict is the consequence. Of course, there is nothing good about war. There is a natural order of things defined as cause and effect; if you steal a Lion’s cub you may not live to see the next day if the parent catches you. Regarding the Civil War (personally, there’s nothing civil about war, no matter the cause) we must keep in mind that there were Caucasian and African men in the continental army, that stood on the front lines fighting to end slavery; predominately there were European soldiers because America at that time was controlled by Europeans. At the same time, many people do not know that at the start of slavery, there were Africans in Africa that sold their people to Europeans as well.
So what does that mean? It means that evil is everywhere in the world!
Below is a passage from the article about the Civil War on Wikipedia. There are also other articles in history other than Wikipedia that support the information. Here is a link to the complete article from Wikipedia:

Slavery was prevalent in many parts of Africa[19] for many centuries before the beginning of the Atlantic slave trade. There is evidence that enslaved people from some parts of Africa were exported to states in Africa, Europe, and Asia prior to the European colonization of the Americas.[20]
The Atlantic slave trade was not the only slave trade from Africa, although it was the largest in volume and intensity. As Elikia M’bokolo wrote in Le Monde diplomatique:
The African continent was bled of its human resources via all possible routes. Across the Sahara, through the Red Sea, from the Indian Ocean ports and across the Atlantic. At least ten centuries of slavery for the benefit of the Muslim countries (from the ninth to the nineteenth) … Four million enslaved people exported via the Red Sea, another four million[21] through the Swahili ports of the Indian Ocean, perhaps as many as nine million along the trans-Saharan caravan route, and eleven to twenty million (depending on the author) across the Atlantic Ocean.[22]
Today, if the governments of the world believe they can do whatever they want and simply receive a slap on the wrist afterward, injustice will remain and history will continue to repeat itself. If they’re no repercussions for foul acts, what’s to stop them?
When I think to myself at times, I imagine a UFO flying through space and passing many planets. Within it, an alien asks their counterpart a question.
“So how’s designation 254321?”
“Oh, you mean the humans?”
“Yeah.”
“They’re dead.”
“All of them?!”
“Yep.”
“What happened? Was it a meteor? Maybe they were pulled off orbit?! Or was it an assemblage of radioactive solar flares?”
“Nope, they took themselves out.”
“Damn! Why?”
“They couldn’t agree with anything. Men battled with women, women battled with men, and hate became the front runner for every decision. Kings hated other kings, presidents hated other presidents, and conflict rose to an insurmountable height. Soon nukes flew, riots flared, and that became their way of life until…one by one they were all wiped out!”
What is the human condition? Sadly, it seems that with each waking day people hurt others across the globe. Will violence towards each other ever stop? Is it in our nature to be combative and argumentative until the end of time?
Time will tell…
All we can do is agree to hold ourselves accountable when we make mistakes, move forward, and work at being positive. The problem is some prefer to be negative.
