Buying a new home for you and the family is a big decision; there are so many things to consider, and for many, it can be a stressful time.

Whilst our move was not straightforward, it ended with a heartbreaking twist, and there was nothing that we could do to help; I still think about the letter that we found to this day, some four and a half years later.
