The Harsh Truth Behind Earning $12,000 From Quora Partner Program
The Quora Partner Program is officially beaten and dead.
It has been over a year since I published an article about Quora Partner Program on Medium.
QPP has been the most talked about and hard to get in partner program on the internet since it became relevant. I was one of the few people who are still earning a few pennies every month.
As the program is officially closed and I guess the program was a failure in general or we can say a strategy to gain more traffic by making users write high traffic generating questions and in return Quora will compensate some amount to the author of that question.
No one knows, what is the actual thought process of launching such a weird program where you get paid by writing questions meanwhile the person who is answering those questions will not get anything.
Long story short, I have made around $12,000 in the approx 2 years by writing over 5,000 questions.
But since last year, the program has been constantly getting misused and the authors of the question who have tried genuinely to write original questions are getting pennies.
Because few hackers or sort of try to use fake traffic and earns thousands of dollars in a week. You don’t believe this right? Here’s the proof.
I am just not convinced how is it possible. Because everyone I know has shifted from Quora and moved to different platforms such as Medium and Youtube.
And those who are still active earn hardly 10–50 dollars a month. Also logically speaking if I check the stats there are zero questions in the last month that have crossed the $100 threshold.
So, I don’t believe these numbers that Quora is trying to show us on the dashboard.
In addition to these, I can also say that the new program that quora have launched regarding space and all is also a colossal failure because I personally don’t read anything worth paying $5 for premium.
Finally, I can surely say this to everyone who is still trying to get into Quora Partner Program, please stop and chase something else. Because this thing is dead now.
