Happiness = f (needs+wants),

Happiness is a function of needs and wants.

Happiness → dependent or output variable,

Needs and wants → independent or input variables.

f → relationship-rules indicator.

For good quality of life, we need intervals of sleep.

If Decay and death replace all occurrences of the input variables, then, by the mediation of those metaphysical modifiers, this flimsy, worldly function shall be rendered false by producing a null output.
