The Government Is A Self-Eating Watermelon!

As “is,” it has become the Definition of one: “Any undertaking that exists only to justify its own existence, rather than serve a productive purpose.

Close to a self-eating watermelon concept — Big and Unusable. It can only be “appreciated.” Appreciation though, is in the “eye” of the beholder — Image By Sawyer Bengtson at Unsplash

The Following four charts define this:

Chart One: Income of the Government, “Total Revenue Data” is from The Congressional Budget Office

Corporate, the “person” created by Laws, can lobby and subsidize elections. In return, what do they pay in taxes (for one)? A fraction of what they can afford.

By the way, “we,” the people, can only give our favorite candidate a maximum of $3,300 for an election (if we had that kind of money). A “Super PAC” (a corporation) can get away with millions. They pay for all the employees who work on the candidate’s campaign in all the offices across the country (no questions asked by the candidate).

What does that “naturally’ foster (no questions asked)? Unethical behavior by ALL the candidates. Soros, for example, thinks this works so well, that he subsidizes the election of mayors in large cosmopolitan areas of his interest. (Legal corruption? — only in America)

YouTube Image of Life in Rural America Being Killed by the Government

Why is life in rural areas hard? Listen carefully to a very consequential YouTube interview about what the “Government” is doing in “RURAL AMERICA” — “Agenda 21” — They are buying the land “for conservation” (the excuse), from under ranchers and small farms, making it very difficult for the people there. Ergo, the kids growing up in rural America see no future there; many of them turn to drugs for that reason alone. What does the Government say? “They are worried very much about that!”

Chart 2: The Total Outlay, “Total Government Expenditures,” is from The Congressional Budget Office

Do you think any of them

Chart 3: “The Government spends more than it takes, WE LIVE IN DEBT” is from The Congressional Budget Office (our total debt is the SUM of the shaded area below the zero line)
Chart 4: We hold the debt. “Federal Debt Chart” by The Congressional Budget. “2007–2008 financial crisis” chart by Wikipedia

The government makes decisions (in this case about housing) that blew up the market by whom? WALL STREET!!! And what did the government do? The government put that in our charge card! They now subsidize Banks and some insurance companies from bankruptcy!

It is absolutely hypocritical that while using the “Administrative State” to micromanage the people, they behave as shown above.

Always making decisions that protect Corporations and not giving the people any thought, as was shown to us by the Big Pharma scandal. Wall Street made money off of this.

The quote below is from an October 4th, 2023 Peterson Foundation article titled, “BAD GOVERNANCE COULD BE MAKING OUR DEBT PROBLEMS WORSE.”

“THE EROSION OF GOOD GOVERNANCE

In Fitch’s assessment, “there has been a steady deterioration in standards of governance over the last 20 years, including on fiscal and debt matters.” Specifically, the repeated debt-limit political standoffs have highlighted the country’s growing inability to handle fiscal matters.”

People Don’t Get Any Respect

Look how Big Pharma drugged America. Read “The Making of an Opioid Epidemic” by influencing Health policy, “Johnson & Johnson ran ‘cunning’ scheme to market opioids, attorney says,” and Purdue Pharma “Capitalism gone wrong: how big pharma created America’s opioid carnage,” and others conspired with the help of the government.

CAREER POLITICIANS HAVE TO GO!
