Poem
The Girl Who Plays Around
A poem on Outcast Love
We wrote an untold tale
Meant to be kept in the dark
For you were not known to love
And I was your secret well kept
Your fear overpowered our love
And you gradually lost it to time
I could not stop you from leaving
So I let you lead the way…
I called it love, but you didn’t care to term it
Why would you? We were not meant to be
Fool you call me, how can I deny?
All I look like is a girl who plays around
