Starseed on the frontlines of Earth, your people on the other side of the sun watch out for you. They monitor your spiritual expansion and send you constant streams of love and support.

Galactic extraterrestrials from our home worlds create grids of light around Earth to protect it. And they directly communicate with us. We just have to be open and willing to receive their wisdom.

You might hear from your extra-dimensional brothers and sisters in meditation. Or you might just get a feeling or flash of light insight during the day.

Most starseeds, and there are many millions of us, don’t even think communicating with galactic beings is possible.

A little too caught up in living life on Earth we don’t even realize they constantly pulsate messages to us. They send us knowledge and suggestions that will help us evolve and serve the plant more effectively.

Very many starseeds dedicate themselves in service to others. Sometimes it looks heroic but most of the time, it’s quieter service behind the scenes.

Perhaps the greatest service starseeds give the planet is their own spiritual evolution.

We may be starseeds but we’re not exempt from the challenges of life.

And it’s part of the program on 3D Earth that we come in having to forget who we are. We’re here to work from the inside, so we have to go through all the same challenges of life anyone else does.

Everyone has destructive emotional patterns. When we become aware of and own them, we contribute to the evolution of all souls on Earth, not just our own.

We’re like homeopathic medicine for the planet.

The Starseed Uptake Is Earned.

Any soldier serving on the battleground frontline needs to get away from the trenches periodically. It’s a time to restore energies and feel nurtured. Maybe even get a new outlook on the situation.

Our ET bothers and sisters understand this very well. And so sometimes they’ll ‘take us up’ to their ships leaving our bodies here on Earth.

This is a warp experience. In galactic terms, it’s a Light Envelope you’re taken into in order to receive uplifting mathematical codes.

Uptake is NOT an abduction. And there are no malevolent beings involved in uptake. You’re a starseed. Why would there be unless you’ve gone way off track?

If you’re taken up you might remember every detail or you might not. If it’s there for you to consciously remember, something will happen during the day to trigger your full recall. That’s your subconscious Mind of God at work.

Sometimes uptake to the ships happens in what we see as a flash of Light.

We don’t often remember what occurred on the ship in the flash of Light uptake. And that’s perfect and as it should be. You still get the codes of Light and other gifts embedded within you.

Before uptake can occur though you have to meet certain parameters. Essentially, your uptake to the ships is earned, merited.

It was about three years from the time I became aware of uptake until it actually occurred for me. I say this so you know to be patient. Don’t attach any timing to it.

The first requirement for uptake is high character.

High character delivers the starseed to uptake.

Starseeds in service to others reap the gift of uptake. You will be measured for character before you can be taken up.

Your priority is always service to others and you’re generous with your service. When you live the codes of service to others that are a natural part of your starseed makeup, you’re chosen for uptake.

You have to have “uptake neurons” for the experience to happen. This means your prevailing thoughts and acts of service to others create the neurons your galactic brethren find attractive.

Your core must be strong.

Even though you aren’t taken up body and soul, and only your Light Body is, you must have a strong core.

The starseed’s ability to negotiate the uptake Light (See my personal story below) rests centered and nested in the flesh body’s core.

You want to have strong abdominals and transverse abdominis. This is because you will be literally taken up by your core — the core of your Light Body, yes, but still your core.

Your diaphragm and breath are also involved. The diaphragm and the prana (the breath) it pumps form the gateway for uptake transport.

When your physical core is strong it creates amplified Light in that region.

This doesn’t mean you have to have a six-pack, although it may be a result of your efforts towards strengthening your core.

It does mean your core must be toned like a fine instrument so that it can receive the ship’s beam of Light.

Combine core toning exercises with intent and upright character and you’ll eventually be chosen for uptake.

My Uptake Story Purely As Example

I was able to remember a number of my uptakes and one in particular in great detail.

I tell you the story of my first uptake not to impress you but to impress upon you the beauty of uptake. Know that it is possible for you.

In my sleep, I saw myself socializing with a number of my friends in a large two-story wooden house. I stepped outside and closed the door behind me.

The starry night sky was stunning as I gazed at it.

(And here’s where it starts to get very real.)

Off in the distance, I saw a mammoth, and I mean mammoth, extraterrestrial craft. It was a mother ship.

Almost as if it had eyes, the ship locked with mine at that moment.

It then instantaneously, within less than a second — “zzzzzip” — moved from its faraway position to right over my head. It hovered at the height of the tall tree tops as I looked up at this marvelous craft.

A wide shaft of light extended from the belly of the ship. Like a tractor beam, the light pulled me up from my diaphragm. I was pulled upwards in a graceful arched prone position as my legs and head dangled, relaxed.

I was taken into an enormous golden chamber that seemed to have no floor. It felt peaceful and safe.

I effortlessly floated in mid-air in the center of this chamber just enjoying the feeling.

A glass-like tube about eight inches in diameter extended from above down to my solar plexus. The tube was filled with sacred geometrical symbols and forms suspended in liquid light. My body received them like drinking water.

When the process was complete, my Spirit was returned to my bed and I immediately woke up.

I sat up in my bed for a long time amazed and bowled over.

At first, I thought maybe it was a dream. But the experience was large and persistent in my consciousness all day long. It wouldn’t let go of me — not that I wanted it to.

This memory was begging for my conscious attention.

Finally, I told my son about it. And as I said the words aloud, “They took me up,” we both instantly realized I had literally been taken up by the ETs from our home world in the future. These beings are known as the Kimah Elohim or seventh dimension Pleiadian Gods.

How You Know You’ve Been Taken Up

At first think you might think your memory of uptake was only a dream.

There are indicators that help you to know that it’s real.

It’s important to share your memory of the experience. Only do so with someone of very like mind otherwise it will be misunderstood or even laughed at.

• You have a very vivid dream of being on a ship or in an outrageous wide expanse of space or structure so clear you remember the precise details. Yes, you’ve been taken up.

• You feel the physical sensation of being taken up in your ‘dream state.’ (Remember, it’s not a dream. It’s real.)

• You’re interacting with loving extraterrestrial beings very clearly and you’re in awe of their beauty and love.

• The experience, usually in the night, won’t let go of you. You’ll be thinking about it all day long until you finally embrace it.

• Your sleep becomes very light for a while after uptake. You’ve just been altered in a very other-worldly way.

Once uptaken, you hold within you the map for going to the ships again and of your own will.

Take whatever happens for you afterwards in stride.

Try not to be too enamored with the experience. Another will come someday but only if you’re humble and unattached to another uptake occurring.

The way starseeds are taken up and also how long it takes for it to happen will be different for everyone.

Don’t look for it to be any one way. Just continue to live your best life, always in service to others. Keep yourself in a state of calm expectancy.
