Dance, sing, and play like a five year old. Do this and the world will always be a wonder. Even if your bones creak like a towering Oak tree in a wind storm.

A heart that can leap and laugh will bound past the wrinkled exterior and spin in the joy of the moment.

No need to wallow in the morose of age if the spontaneous child’s smile can burst through and send that sparkle in the young soul’s eyes dancing across infinity.
