Anthony Fauci serves as the Chief Medical Advisor to the president of the United States, he has been advising President Biden on how to combat the COVID-19 pandemic. Jesse Watters serves as a political commenter for Fox News, he headlines his own program on the platform named “Watters World.” Both figures are respected in their perspective fields but not without their hand of controversy. While Anthony Fauci has served in his position as CMA he has been known for going back on his word at times and fear mongering in press conferences. On the other hand, Jesse Watters is a respected commentator with a book explaining his politics debuting on the New York Times Nonfiction Bestsellers List, but many on the left tend to tear him down for controversial comments.
So, what is the current controversy tying these two political figures together? According to many left-swinging media platforms Watters told his listeners to ambush Fauci at a conference recently. I am here to do the research and explain the truth, what did Jesse Watters really tell his supporters? Stay tuned.
Jesse Watters recently spoke at a Turning Point conference, explaining to college students how they could debate and chip away at hateful democratic rhetoric. When he stated, “This is how you ‘ambush’ a guy like Fauci you gotta be respectful because they’ll turn the tables on you, and you don’t want a blow up in your face — If you see Fauci out and about and you know he is coming to town this is how you approach ok…”
He then went on to explain to the college students how to introduce themselves to Fauci and politely ask questions. While he does suggest that students be stern in their seeking for answers, he never insights any true violence on Fauci, a claim that has already been made by the left.
Jesse Watters’ speech was nothing but informational. It is important that students learn how to debate and explain their point of view, but it does not seem important when it comes to the left being questioned.
Why is that?
I commend Jesse Watters for his speech as well as Fox News for standing by him. If more American citizens did their research, we would not play into twisted democratic rhetoric so often.
So, what can we do in this circumstance?
I call to anyone who reads this article to watch the speech, not because it will give Turning Point U.S.A. or Jesse Watters any views, but because I am confident after you do your research and do not take the left swinging medias headlines as skin deep, you will see where the true hypocrisy lies. From day one, the left has taken and twisted words from speakers on the Republic party in order to make them seem hateful and uneducated. It is clear that when most Americans are exposed to a pointed headline and a misquoted speech they will run with it to the next election, and that is what needs to change.
