Let me digress a little bit,

Our homes which we have fought so hard to create, will be occupied by total strangers, and they will possess all we have right now.

Everything we own, even the expensive car we have not bought yet, will eventually be scrapped and sold to a collector nobody has heard of.

Our offspring won't even recognise or remember us for long. How many people remember the name of the father of their grand father?

Our photographs would fade into history's oblivion.

At which point we would be remembered as a portrait on someone's bookshelf if at all.

Maybe if we take a moment to reflect on all these we would be different people with new perspectives and thinking.
