limiting beliefs thrive within my ego mind listen to my heart.

self-imposed limits are triggered by my fragile ego — Release it.

The ego is heavy, and it limits our beliefs. It paints a façade of what we think our lives should be. It is birthed from the different experiences that we are exposed to during our life’s journey. It operates from a low state of vibration and it restricts our souls from elevating in consciousness. The ego exists within our minds, but it is our heart that holds the answers and the truth. My freedom lies on my path to merge my heart with my mind, so that I can better manage my fragile ego.

fear is a danger an illusion in my mind caused by my ego.

fear holds me hostage it limits my higher self I wanna be free.

Fear is an illusion that we create in our minds because of our fragile egos. It limits and restricts us from discovering the true nature of our being. On my journey to awakening, I have discovered this truth. And though it is a daily battle, I believe that being aware of my fears, better allows me to free them from my space. One of my favorite quotes is “on the other side of fear lies freedom”. My ultimate goal is to become free…like her, my inner child...
