The Day I Became An Elephant

January Six Word Photo Story Challenge: “Fun”

I can’t help posing with cutouts!

May I just say what fun it is to be able to use up the 2-min backstory? Ha! Reminds me of my childhood when one of the nuns in our convent remarked to my uncle that they needed to cut a small piece of my tongue because I talked so much. Well, it all paid off in the long run, didn’t it?

So we were at the Singapore Zoo last year and had a great time. The elephant area was just fabulous. We got to watch elephants bathing, read amazing facts about them, and of course, there was this lovely tree house where we could become elephants for a few seconds. I needed no second invitation.

I find these things irresistible. What fun it is to stick my head into an opening and become someone else! In January 2022, I almost became an astronaut. (It’s okay. Go look!). Since then, I’ve masqueraded as many characters. *wink*!
