Poetry Prompt

Welcome to the month of November! We are going to shake things up a bit, but then, what’s new about that? On Monday, Wednesday and Friday, I will offer poetry prompts. On Tuesday and Thursday, I will offer fiction prompts. Saturday and Sunday’s prompt will be the Weekend Challenge only. So without further adieu, let’s get on with November’s prompting!

Today’s Poetry prompt

Write a ‘hope’ poem. You may use any form of the word (i.e. hopeful, hoped, hopeless, etc.)

Poetry Form — Any Line Length — Any Restrictions — None

‘Restrictions’ are to challenge you as a writer. However, with everything else here at PW, use these prompts in any way that allows the creative juices to flow.
