Here is one question we all wonder about,

Why do Good Things happen to Bad People?

Another Indian Tale Explaining Why.

Imagine a Big Barrel that is only Yours to use.

Now, Imagine a Tap with a big mouth at the bottom of the barrel. Don’t get your hopes high, the barrel is not filled with wine but it is filled with your deeds.

The Barrel started out empty until you acted, Karma is action. Your actions fill the barrel depending on the deeds. Maybe you started out with good deeds and therefore the bottom half of the barrel is filled with good deeds. Later, you grow up being a bully and the other half is filled with bad karma/deeds.

When you start living life, trying to make changes, the tap opens up with the deeds you deserve to receive. That is how bad people get the good stuff but after some time the good bottom half will be used and the karma of bad deed will be ready to show up in your life.

The barrel only opens when you need to take action or receive results. What comes out of the barrel depends on what was placed inside first.

It is a never-ending cycle of karma until you make conscious decisions throughout your life.

The good or bad deeds done by you whether, in a past life or this, adds up into the barrel.

As I explained in my last article how past life karma can be surpassed to the next life.

Similarly, past deeds that are settled in the barrel of yours can impact you in the present life. The barrel does not empty itself out because you lived out the life, Karma doesn’t leave you unless it makes you pay.

What goes around, comes around is an axiom that never misses you only that it takes time but Karma makes sure you pay.

A good person in this life may have taken actions of bad karma in their past life and that is the reason that bad thing is happening to them in this lifetime but nothing will last forever.

The cycle will always come around, what you throw will be back at you in one way or another and in one life or another.

Remember, it is just about the actions we take, good thing is we can always double down the good actions to redeem our mistakes.

Only if we are genuinely remorseful, the Universe will always make a way for those with good intentions.
