The Collective American Male Ego
Are mass shootings a sign of what is to come on a global scale?
America represents the ego of global mass consciousness. America used to be the bastion of democracy and justice and peace. No longer. America has become the mouthpiece of ego. It has come to denounce everything that it used to stand for. Now, it represents male ego, it represents the privileged 1% of white male supremacy. It represents white male ego. It represents and emboldens the top one percent of the top one percent of white male economic superiority. It has thrown out all concepts of social justice and equality in favor of an authoritarian system of wealth over all else. Everything that America has fought against in the past is what America has become.
The number one threat to world peace on the planet today is America and its current leadership. Like any other male ego, it would rather fight than dialogue. Like any other male ego, it is extremely defensive to anything and anyone who challenges its superiority. Like any other male ego, America considers itself superior to all people and all ideas that do not submit to its white-privileged authority over all others. Like any other white male ego, America is bereft of compassion and empathy and love and desire for equality and justice and the upliftment of all people. America has become a rogue nation that exists solely for the consolidation of power of the one percent of the wealthiest of its citizens. Like all egos do, America’s ego is fighting to the death for its survival.
And the saddest thing of all is that the American people voted this insane ego into power. This shows the psychological problem that is endemic to the nation of America. A prevailing national ego elects a corresponding ego that expresses that ego in everything it does.
We may very well end up in global thermonuclear war because of our collective American male ego. Like a shooter in a mass-killing scenario we might collectively decide to end it all. That is what an ego decides to do when faced with a perceived mass opposition and threat to its existence. That is what our current American leadership is approaching.
Collectively and individually we must step out of that thinking before it is too late.
