Abstract
The website article delves into the features of the TCP Classic K14 (2020) Kodachrome Lightroom Presets, a set of negative style files designed to emulate the look of Kodak Kodachrome film. André Duhme, a German photographer known for his work with film presets, has developed these presets to provide photographers with a tool to achieve a distinctive, colorful look with more room for post-adjustment compared to other presets. The 2020 version is noted for its enhanced color accuracy due to a new algorithm and is compared to the 2017-2019 versions, which had a broader range of settings. The article includes a variety of sample images processed with the presets, demonstrating their application across different cameras and lenses, and invites readers to try the presets themselves. Additionally, the author shares personal experiences and preferences for using the presets and provides affiliate links for purchase, along with a discount code. The article also touches on the value of written photography content and solicits support for the author's continued writing through platforms like Patreon and Payme.
Opinions
The author, LI Sam, expresses a preference for the TCP K14 200er as an essential Film preset setting and appreciates the improved colors in the 2020 version.
André Duhme is praised as a developer who has developed different negative style files over the years, with a focus on lower contrast and less black space for more post-adjustment flexibility.
The author believes there is no "best" preset, only the one that suits the user's taste, but suggests the 2020 version may be the best setup for developers.
The article suggests that there is a lack of market for these post-production style files in the Chinese/Hong Kong community, but the author is willing to share them.
The author values the contribution of written content in photography and encourages readers to support such efforts financially.
The Classic Film Presets(TCP) Classic K14 (2020) Kodachrome Lightroom Presets Film Preset
The last New Year’s Day gift I bought in 2020 was a TCP Classic K14 (2020) Kodachrome Lightroom Presets negative style file…” My favourite German photographer, andré duhme, a negative enthusiast and a commercial photographer, has been releasing different Lightroom / C1 Film Presets in recent years. In recent years, he has been releasing different Lightroom / C1 Film Presets, which are characterised by lower contrast and less black space than other manufacturers, allowing more room for post-adjustment… Class K14 based on Kodak Kodachrome 25/64. The K14 Film Presets files are bright and colourful with a distinctive personality…”

TCP Classic K14 (2020) Kodachrome vs K14 Kodachrome (2017–2019)
Some of you may ask what the difference is… According to the developer, the K14 2020 version uses a new algorithm and should be more accurate in colour… Between 2017 and 2020, the developer has developed different negative style files such as Classic Mini Lab, Flexfight / Frontier negative scanner versions, etc. Faced with the same Film Presets, there are also slight differences in micro-contrast, negative grain, contrast and colour… There is no such thing as the best, only the one that suits your taste… Of course, the 2020 version is probably the best setup for the developers. Of course, the 2020 version is perhaps the best for developers, but whether you like it or the 2017–2019 version is up to you…
Simple demonstration…

I like to use the TCP K14 200er as an essential Film preset setting, the 2020 version does seem to have improved a little in terms of colours. Still, I feel that there are a little more particles in the film, so I like to use it and then remove all the particles and add them back in as I want… but the colours in the K14 2020 version are still very bright and personal… I will try it more this year to see if it can use as a basic film style set…
There is no market in the Chinese / Hong Kong community for these post-production style files, but I am happy to share some simple post-production software or style files. If you like them, you can clap your hands and let me know if you want them or support them…
