The Champagne Moment.
My day begins with daily meditation for about 10–15 minutes then listen to some music and thereafter I do my morning prayer. After breakfast, I sit down and read a book for two hours. I then write an article and get it ready for publishing and then proceed with other activities.
The champagne moment comes at the end of the week when I carry out self- evaluation and acknowledge how much I have done that has brought a positive impact on my life so far by doing the small things I do each day.
Through building a system in my life which helps me carry out activities daily, I have been able to achieve so many things in a week and month(s). My first champagne moment was at the end of March 2020 when I completed reading The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle(Since I was young, I did not like reading books but once I built this system I have been able to read a couple of books). This and many more are as a result of building a system which guides me each day.
Once you inculcate a system in your personal life, at the end of the week or month when you self-evaluate yourself, you will have your champagne moment(s) as you see how much you have accomplished.
Will you have your champagne moment at the end of this week, month or year?
