The Butterfly’s Legacy
Poetry

There she rises skyward, Fluttering her iridescent wings. The garden turns magical, As if inviting elves and fairies.
Children chase her with glistening eyes, She leaves behind a stream of happy hearts. O! Behold those exotic gossamer wings, Which inspire poets and artists.
Flowers await her gracious descent, She brings them grains filled with life. Biodiversity abounds wherever she goes, Hopes soar high and life thrives.
Then one day, the beauty falls to the ground, Enchanting wings turn to dust. Yet her fragrance dwells in the air, In a short life she spread so much love!
Can you see the trail of kindled hopes? Of gleeful smiles, Hearts lit up with Joy? A lesson in endurance, optimism and generosity, That, dear ones, is the Butterfly’s Legacy.
