And it feels like a lifetime when something new happens. Because our brain is built that way. We need to see the bigger picture. We need to make sense of ourselves and

Then usually we just try to escape it by looking at our phone or doing something other to make us not think about our meaning. You see modern human is highly skeptical of divine plans and other things. But still, the big why I am here…. It is one of our fundamental needs. Meditation, trying to think about meaningful and taking time to reflect. Is building meaning. So always give a little bit of time for it!</p><p id="f3d9">The question of whether people have a similar amount of needs in each field is open to debate. And yet in the core base, we have some base minimum for each of the four fields to function properly. But what happens if we have a lack of one of the needs for a long time? When we try to compensate unfulfilled groups of needs with different ones. For example spiritual needs. We crave meaning in life and yet there is nothing done. Burnout is a nasty experience. Moments when we feel like lost everything. Our motivation, ability to act rationally in some scenarios even our health. Sadly we have limitations on how much pressure we can endure even if Idealist is in our heads screaming that we can be unstoppable forever.

There could be so many things that can burn a person out. Different tasks at work. Other people mentally struggle they want to trash somebody. Just annoying or impractical things that steal your focus and peace of mind. For example, high traffic in which you are stuck.

The main idea… when we reach the point of burnout… well our life is not in our hands. All the plans and all the big dreams are on pause and we urgently need to get back on our feet. If we are in constant burnout… I could lead to a life we cannot enjoy… just some life on autopilot. Without a meaning or purpose.

Usually, people are looking at metal energy as some fuel tank. You burn all the fuel and now you have burnout. But I challenge myself to look at this thing more proactive. It is not about losing your resources. It is about not taking great care of yourself. Why this approach? Because then we can see what to do. How to take care of ourselves daily and not get to the point of burnout!

All of us have 24 hours a day. So we need to take great care of our needs during this time to function properly. So let’s dig into the main need which when fulfilled keep you away from burnout!
