Monday Motivation: make a list of what you are excited about every week!

Ugh, Mondays, am I right?

Getting yourself back into the swing of things at work every Monday can be challenging, especially after you’ve been frolicking, cleaning, or resting all weekend.

What’s a great way to motivate yourself for the new week? Monday Motivation!

Here’s how Monday Motivation works: on Monday, write down a list of things you are doing that week that excite you.

Your Monday Motivation list can then motivate you to tackle the work week head-on because it reminds you what you are looking forward to that week.

You can also decide how to create your Monday Motivation list as long as it motivates you. Your list can be as short or long as you choose and doesn’t have to feature major events like concerts. They could be going to your favorite coffee shop or spending quality time with someone you care about.

For example, this week I’m looking forward to:

1. Exploring New York with my friend from Germany!

2. Starting my new job!

3. Trying out a new coffee shop down the street for their coffee and scones!

Even though it might not be Monday today as you are reading this article, what are you looking forward to this week that you can write down on your Monday Motivation list?

If you enjoyed the content, please follow me and leave a clap!
