I’m surprised more people don’t do this. This has saved us SO much money on a daily basis when we go on vacation.

Imagine eating a large and healthy breakfast every morning and not having to worry about finding a place that won’t rip you off or leave a bad taste in your mouth, literally!

Imagine being so satiated that you can ACTUALLY focus on sightseeing and not finding a decent restaurant that won’t break the bank!!!

Imagine SAVING $$$$ by just focusing on a nice dinner and then repeating the whole sequence the next day — a LARGE breakfast, sightseeing, a TASTEFUL dinner?

Here is how you save money on your vacation:

✅ Search for the BEST hotel you can afford and then stretch just a little bit

✅ Filter by ‘Breakfast’ or ‘Breakfast Included’. TripAdvisor is the best site for this

✅ Read the reviews carefully! Don’t focus on just the glowing ones. Pay attention to the ones that provide the nitty-gritty details

✅ Find not one, but at least 5 detailed reviews for the included breakfast. If they’re all positive and you like what you read, focus on those hotels

✅ Select the hotel that offers the most comprehensive and desirable breakfast and is in a convenient location.

Why is the last bullet point so important? Why am I harping on about breakfast? Let me tell you WHY!!

✔️You won’t have to walk around finding an overpriced cafe with coffee and breakfast

✔️You’ll be well-fed and ready to go for the rest of the day

✔️If you ate well (loaded up on the carbs and proteins), you could skip lunch and have more time to spend on the sights

✔️You’ll also save money by skipping $$$ on a touristy lunch and have more to spend on a decent dinner

Our family follows this maxim of investing in a hotel with an extensive breakfast. By eating well every morning, we’re able to do all of the above and enjoy our vacation.
