More often, our emotional state takes over first. Just remember when it was the last time an argument or situation breakout not in your favor.

The key is where is the opportunities.

Every risk or issue has a flip side. If you can’t find one, it is either life or death.

Yes, look at it as if your life is on the line. If it’s not, move on to the next opportunity, and yes, the risk is attached to every one of them.

Now, How Can You Apply It On Medium?

One of the feature keys to realization is the ability to adapt with zoomability.

Look at what really happened. Users are discouraged and feel uncertain, and overall writer and readership is down, especially from the top writers, because they have other platforms or funnels that can focus on more.

As for New writers, you are in an unrecognized Gold Rush.

Now look at the flip side. You got less competition from the top writers, and the readership is there just that they are slowly realizing what I’m sharing here.

The supply-demand dynamic does not change much if you look closely enough. Nothing changed besides your urgent worry based on your state of view at the time.
