The bad part is I'm seeing a problem that on my side there's no way around it. The version on my I-phone won't let me update and if you signed up in the app you have to go to the app to upgrade according to what I got when i tried through the website. Short of them doing something on their side to change that, I'm not seeing a way to sign up. It looks like it would let me now if not for the upgrade issue. I guess I'll see what they say, but so far that seems like the app is the problem and that's probably another story to get past it or get it fixed.
