The Astro Professor Study Method
How to maximize your studying

Going through school I have always struggled in the area of studying. Over the past years, I decided to find some methods that I could apply to maximize my results from studying. While thinking to myself one day, I realized that whenever teachers asked me questions that I didn’t know it would push me to find out what that unknown answer was. I began to model how a teacher would ask me questions even though that person is not there. Below I will show you how I did it and how it can help you.
Why, What, Where, How, and When
The fundamental in finding out any answer you might not know is to ask yourself these 5 questions Why, What, Where, How, and When? Finding answers to all these will give you a better perspective of what the answer is, how it can be applied, where is it used, why is it important, and when is it relevant.
Furthermore, by starting off with this first step in mind, you can now prepare yourself for the method I’m about to introduce to you.
Astro Professor Approach
To do the Astro-Professor method just imagine yourself standing alone. Now think about a professor appearing in front of you suddenly and started asking you questions for eg. Dr. Q appears and asks you “What is quantitative easing? Can you explain how quantitative easing works? When is QE used? etc or how does the Golgi apparatus work, where is it located, and/or what does it produce?”
Now look within yourself and try to answer the question in the best possible way. What would you do? What do you say? Can you answer it quickly enough?
Imagine Dr. Q asking each question alternatively after you have given answers.
Finally, by pushing yourself to think on this level, you’ll find that this method is powerful when studying for tests. Whatever topic or chapter you are on just pause for a minute to use this method. If you can’t answer, then just find the page with the information, redo the Astro-Profesor method and answer the question in the best way until you get it perfect.
