Today you’re going to discover how to adopt and keep “the article-a-day mindset.”
Let’s dive right in:
Years ago I was leading a teleseminar on content creation (no surprise there, right?)
Some people get stuck thinking they can’t create content at all, much less an article a day. This one woman was wed to the idea she could not create content.
I tried all my “change tactics” which almost always work and she stayed stuck. So I pulled out my ultimate change tactic: I gave up!
And then started asking her questions about her niche, and she began to talk all about it. I asked her what was one of the biggest mistakes people make when first starting out in her niche. She told me. Another mistake? She told me. Another mistake? She told me.
Then I said:
“Listen, I’ve got some good news for you. I’ve been taking notes on your answers and I’ve got a pretty good outline for your first article. You just gotta fill it in a little bit.”
And that’s when she started crying. Good tears though. Tears of relief. Tears of hope. Tears of excitement.
And she then went on to become a very prolific and profitable content creator in her niche.
Your Article-a-Day MindSet
What it’s not: repeating over and over “I can’t do this!” How many times do you think you have to say that before it changes?
What it is: Believing that if given the right tools you’ll be able to create as much profitable content as you want whenever you want.
How to adopt it: Create your first content. Then create some more. And them some more. You gotta be willing to be bad at something so that you can get good at it.
How to keep it: Create profitable content on a regular basis. Because when you begin to see your world through “article eyes” you’ll be able to “article-ize” almost anything. On the regular.
